Kids represent the greatest opportunity to make a long-term impact on our world for Christ. Awana reaches kids where they’re at and walks alongside them in their faith journey. Those kids who come to faith at an early age discover God’s purpose for their lives and hope for the future. Ministry leaders and parents witness the profound impact Awana has in reaching kids with the gospel and watching them grow as long-term disciples.

Permission for Awana Participation

I give my permission for my child to participate in the AWANA program at First Baptist Church of Flowery Branch, GA. I give my permission for my child to participate in the AWANA Games and Activities under the supervision of the AWANA leaders and Game Director. I understand that the AWANA program involves normal childhood activities that are not highly strenuous or dangerous, but accidents may still occur. I will not hold First Baptist Church of Flowery Branch nor its leaders, staff, or any other member of this church responsible for accidents or injuries which may occur. I understand that the gymnasium will not be open until 6:20 p.m., and that there will no adult supervision here until that time. I also agree that I will personally come into the building at the close of AWANA and pick up my child. If I cannot come myself I will notify the AWANA leaders of another adult who will come to the gym and pick up my child. I will keep the AWANA leaders informed of any address, phone number, or important information regarding my child that may change during the AWANA year. I have read and understand the rules and guidelines of the AWANA Club, and I understand that if my child does not follow the rules, guidelines and instructions of the AWANA Club or its leaders, that (s)he may lose the privilege of Games Time, be suspended for 2 weeks, or be suspended for the remainder of the AWANA year without refund of registration fee. My printed name below is my signature that I have read, understand, and agree to these rules and guidelines.
